Delivery & Shipping Information
Free UK mainland wine delivery on orders over £150. Order by 12pm for next-day dispatch.
Free Standard Delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. Orders under £75 are charged at a flat rate of £7.99.
We want your wine to arrive in perfect condition, every time. All orders are carefully packed in protective wine-specific packaging and shipped via a tracked, temperature-monitored courier service , so your bottles arrive exactly as they left our Wiltshire cellar door.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard UK mainland delivery is typically 2–3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery option at checkout for those moments when only great wine will do.
All deliveries are fully tracked and you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. Someone will need to be available to sign for your delivery, as we are unable to leave wine unattended. If you're not in, our courier will leave a calling card to arrange redelivery or collection.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Due to customs requirements and specialist carrier rates, delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands falls outside our standard shipping rates. Please contact sam@carvershillestate.com before placing your order and we'll be happy to arrange delivery and provide an accurate shipping quote.
Age Verification
By placing an order with Carvers Hill Estate you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and our couriers are instructed to request ID on delivery if the recipient appears to be under 25. We are unable to deliver alcohol to anyone under the legal purchasing age.
Something Not Right?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact enquiries@carvershillestate.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
