Crafted from southeast-facing chalk and limestone hillsides in the North Wessex Downs, this is a serious, mineral-driven English rosé — not your average bottle. The 2025 vintage is something truly special, widely regarded as one of the finest growing seasons in English winemaking history.

• Aromas: Wild roses, honeysuckle, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and wet stone
• Taste: Crisp acidity with a soft, round mouthfeel from five months on lees, with a clean, mineral-driven finish of citrus zest and subtle spice — savoury, elegant, and grown-up
• Sweetness: Dry at 0.44g/L residual sugar

• Whole-bunch pressing with minimal skin contact
• 100% stainless steel fermentation
• Zero malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and natural acidity

This exceptional rosé is limited to 7,600 bottles (75cl) and 250 magnums (1.5L).
