Our award-winning flagship English rosé returns in its 2025 vintage. Pale salmon-pink with brilliant clarity, it delivers fresh aromas of wild roses, strawberry, raspberry, and honeysuckle over a crisp, mineral, bone-dry palate with a creamy texture from extended lees ageing. A Silver Medal winner that has already made its mark on the English wine scene. The rosé that converts sceptics. 13% ABV.

🥂 2025 Reserve Chardonnay – Carvers Hill Estate, Wiltshire, England
Our most ambitious wine to date and one of only 1,200 bottles ever made. Hand-harvested from our chalk slopes, whole-bunch pressed with deliberate oxidative intent, then aged in 500-litre Burgundian oak barrels and egg vessel before blending and bottle rest. Rich, mineral, and profoundly elegant — praised by Master of Wine Simon Larkin, Michel Roux, and Master Sommelier Remi Cousin. A landmark English Chardonnay. 13% ABV.

🍷 2024 Vin Naturel – Domaine de Bellevue, Bordeaux, France
From our 16th-century vineyard above the Garonne River, this zero-sulphite, unfiltered Bordeaux red is a revelation. 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged seven months on fine lees in tank with no oak, no additives, and no compromise. Deep ruby, with ripe cassis, blackberry, and a whisper of mocha — silky, fresh, and alive. Drink now through 2028. 13% ABV.
