The Magnum format of our flagship English rosé is ideal for special occasions and dining tables where only something remarkable will do. Crafted from southeast-facing chalk and limestone hillsides in the North Wessex Downs, this is a serious, mineral-driven English rosé in a format that also ages more gracefully than a standard bottle.

• Colour & Aroma: Pale salmon-pink with brilliant clarity, with aromas of wild roses, honeysuckle, strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and wet stone.
• Taste Profile: Crisp acidity with a soft, round mouthfeel from five months on lees, a clean mineral-driven finish with citrus zest and subtle spice. Dry at 0.44g/L residual sugar.

Winemaking Process — Winemaker Patrick Golson uses:

• Whole-bunch pressing with minimal skin contact
• 100% stainless steel fermentation
• Zero malolactic fermentation

This meticulous process preserves freshness and natural acidity. Strictly limited to just 250 Magnums.
